My client from California reached out to me to set up a very curated, high end PROPOSEMENT session. After years of experience capturing surprise proposal photography sessions and engagement session photography I’ve realized there’s a place for a 3rd, pre-wedding session photography service.

Typically, a surprise proposal session acts as a mini engagement session where the photographer captures the proposal moment, the ensuing moments after and then does a very quick couples portrait session. It’s an incredibly popular service but typically leaves a couple wanting to do an engagement session as well since an engagement session allows for more images, more locations and ultimately serves as the vehicle to provide save-the-date and wedding invitation images.

This is where the PROPOSEMENT comes in. We combine elements of both services and simply extend the duration of the couples portrait session. This was an incredibly beautiful expereince and all of the elements couldn’t have come together better. Please enjoy some sample images below:
