The Moment Only Happens Once.

This is one of the few moments in your life that cannot be recreated. The surprise only happens once.

You will remember the feeling. You will not remember every detail. The exact expression on their face. The split second before they realize what is happening. The way your hands shook when you reached for the ring. A professional captures the part memory cannot hold.

You only get to plan this once. Hiring someone who knows the city, the timing, and how to keep you comfortable through the surprise is the difference between a memory and a photograph you will live with for the rest of your life.

You will feel comfortable. They will never see me.

My theater background taught me how to create ease, read emotion, and help people feel natural fast.

I do not just show up with a camera. I help you feel comfortable before the proposal, during the portraits after, and through the entire planning process. Using gentle prompts instead of stiff posing, I help you stay present so the photographs feel like you, not a performance.

Luxury here means calm.

Premium proposal photography is not about making the moment more complicated. It is about making it feel effortless. You get a clear plan, discreet execution, and photographs with real emotional weight.

Everything is built around comfort, timing, and trust. The result is a gallery that looks cinematic without ever making the experience feel staged.

Frequently Asked Questions

The goal is simple. You feel prepared. They stay surprised. The photographs still feel like you.

How do you keep the proposal a surprise?

I help you build a believable plan before the day arrives. That includes where to walk, where I will be, and the signal that lets me know you are in position. By the time you arrive, you are not improvising.

What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?

That is exactly why my theater background matters. It taught me how to create ease quickly. You will forget the camera exists, and your authentic selves show up instead of a stiff version of yourselves.

What collection do most people book?

Most couples choose Collection 2 or Collection 3. Collection 2 gives enough time for a relaxed portrait session after the yes. Collection 3 extends to 1 hour 45 minutes, which is ideal if you want more portrait time or a second location.

When does The Cinematic make sense?

The Cinematic is for proposals that deserve a larger visual treatment. If you want two simultaneous angles, more time, or a more elaborate plan, that is the right collection. It is also ideal for premium venues and high-design proposals.

What happens if it rains?

I monitor the weather closely and help you make the call with enough time to pivot. In many cases, I can suggest a covered alternative or shift the timing. If the weather becomes truly unworkable, we reschedule.

Do you help with locations and logistics?

Yes. That is a major part of the experience. I help with location fit, timing, light, crowd flow, and whether your plan calls for a simpler setup or more advanced coordination.

How fast do we get the images?

Standard proposal highlights are delivered quickly so you can share the news right away, and full galleries follow after careful hand editing. The Cinematic includes 48-hour highlights and a faster final turnaround.

How much does proposal photography cost?

Collections begin at $795. Most couples invest between $895 and $985 depending on timing, location, and how much portrait coverage they want after the proposal. The Cinematic begins at $1,795.

Do you offer a shorter session that just captures the proposal moment?

For weekday proposals (Monday through Thursday) where you only want the moment captured plus 3 quick photos right after (ring close-up, the hug, a quick smile toward the camera), I offer an Express Capture at $695. It is not listed in the Collections because it is rarely the right fit, but it exists. Most clients book a full Collection so they leave with real portraits, not just the moment. If Express Capture is what you want, mention it when you reach out.

You have the ring. I will help with the rest.

If you already know the date, the next step is simple. Reach out, and I will help you figure out the right location, the right collection, and the cleanest plan for making it all feel effortless.
