Between ceremony and reception, staff needs sufficient time to flip the room. This is where we capitalize for additional creative portraits where your guests won't be.
And then we get you to your cocktail hour with sufficient time to mingle. Unless you prefer an even longer portrait session or some downtime to recharge in the bridal suite. The choice is yours.

Why: Interior architecture is so rich we don't need to step outside for a single photo. Full, diverse gallery, rain or shine.

I spent a decade working in theater, including Steppenwolf Theatre Company and winning a Jeff Award, before I ever shot a wedding. That time taught me one thing: people look best when they are doing something, not just standing there.

Most couples book 8 to 10 hours. The extra buffer helps with Barrel Room portraits and smooth room flips.
Is flash used during the ceremony?
Yes, the low light nature of the venue requires flash to ensure clean and healthy looking skin tones, but I use it to complement the mood, not kill it.
Best places for portraits if it rains?
Barrel Room staircase, interior arches, fireplace, long hallways and covered entry within about 100 feet. Zero-stress, weather-proof options.
What if we're awkward in photos?
Most of my couples describe themselves as camera-shy before we start. That's built into how this works. I give you something real to do instead of poses. By the end, you'll forget I was there.
What if Jeremy isn't available for our date?
I work with a small team of associate photographers personally matched to your style. Every gallery is still hand-edited by me, so your images have the same cinematic look.
How soon do we see photos?
Same-week highlights; full gallery delivery per your contract timeline, hand-edited for timeless, not trendy results.
Can you coordinate with our planner and band?
Yes. Timeline and lighting cues are shared in advance so speeches and first dance are perfectly lit.
Do you also offer video?
